Explore Palm Hills Neighborhood
Praditmanutham Road is Bangkok's Upper East Side — running through the northeastern corridor of the city, stretching from Ladprao to Ramintra, parallel to the elevated expressway. Located approximately 15–20 minutes from central Bangkok, the district sits between the city's inner ring and its established residential neighborhoods — close enough to be convenient, far enough to breathe.
Currently served by multiple public bus routes along the corridor, with the MRT Yellow Line accessible at Ladprao intersection. The upcoming Grey Line monorail — a 16.25-kilometer elevated line running directly along Praditmanutham Road with 15 stations connecting Watcharapol in the north to Thong Lo in the south — will bring mass transit directly into the district for the first time.
