We Build Community
From weekend run clubs and morning yoga to pop-up markets, we bring residents and local businesses together around everyday moments. Everyone’s welcome, whether you live here, work here, or are just passing through.
We Improve the District
We invest in shared spaces, starting small and visible. Together with the city and local partners, we’re working to make better use of the space adjacent to and beneath the expressway, adding shade, rest pavilions, and greenery that turn an everyday walk into something worth enjoying.
We Tell the Story
We share every step: the shop owners, the runners, the neighbors, and the before and after of every space we improve. Every person who shapes this district deserves to be seen, and to feel proud of where they’re from.
